If you have an heritage designated house, you know how difficult it can be to get it renovated properly. We managed to pull it off once more, and here is what the client told us once the work was completed:

As you know we had a struggle changing from our wood shingle roof for our heritage designated house and really appreciated you taking the time to discuss all the options with us .

Your flexibility with being able to deal with “unforeseens” (often found in older homes)was also much appreciated.  Your team was great  taking care to clean and do things safely. I also loved that you were often up there with your workers.

My house at 228 Douglas St badly needed to have its 30 year old cedar shingle roof replaced. Not many roofers were willing to take up the task given the height and steepness of this roof in a very confined space.

Jared was eager for the challenge and took it on in a very professional and well coordinated way. Jared personally runs his business, besides getting the contracts, he is there up on the roof working alongside his crew.

They were all friendly and respected his leadership. The job was completed in a timely manner and the remains of the old roof roof tidily removed from the site. They respected the heritage qualities of this 110 year old house.

One doesn’t have to hire a roofer too often but if I ever have another to be done I would definitely give Jared a call.
